Our 22nd annual conference is set to be the best one yet with nationally-known speaker, Craig Boykin on stage as our Keynote.

Craig J. Boykin, is the originator of Make Edu Count, an author, and speaker. Recognized nationally, Mr. Boykin has traveled extensively to present a variety of speeches and workshops based on his foundational work “Helping Educators Overcome Cultural Poverty, Disengaged Parents, and Apathetic Students.” Craig also offers approaches for effectively nurturing student achievement and overcoming economic class barriers. An expert in overcoming cultural poverty. Craig has literally pulled himself up by the bootstraps, reinventing not only his life but hundreds of thousands of educators and other professionals in seminars around the world. He received a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University Montgomery; master’s degree in Justice Administration from Faulkner University, and a master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Faulkner University. Craig has published five books since 2013 and he has been featured on talk shows, won various awards, and his story has been shared in many inspirational magazines and across the web.
Craig’s personal mission in life is to provide hope to individuals who feel that their current situation is hopeless. Craig travels the country presenting his seminars and workshops. Registration is $75 and includes lunch (breakfast is not provided) and program materials. A special $20 student fee is available with current Student I.D. CE Credits will be available for an additional charge of $10. The conference is approved for social workers, licensed professional counselors, psychologists and any other group that will accept the conference as CE for that individual. All persons who attend the entire workshop and complete the evaluation form will be awarded 7 Continuing Education contact hours for social workers, psychologists and other approved individuals.
